DIESEL DELETE KITS IMPORT DUTY, TAX, AND VAT offers a service that helps our customers pay import duty in advance. Therefore, shipments will arrive at your doorstep and your local custom will not be contacting you. We find this important so that you can receive the shipment in the shortest time and the import duty can be lowered down.

Simply choose the region when you put your products  in the cart, it will show you an amount. But if you prefer to do it yourself, you can skip the option.

* If you have any special request, for instance, you want your products to be delivered on Saturdays or particular time on weekdays, or you want to pick that up from the local post office instead. Please leave a note during checkout. Typically, our service of the delivery partner will give you a call to notify you before they arrive at your doorstep.


We use FedEx, DHL or UPS. As soon as your products is ready for shipping, we’ll provide a tracking number so that you can estimate her arrival date and time.


We declare the product as a truck parts to protect your privacy. Your dpf&egr delete kits will be packaged in a brown plain box .


Orders cannot be canceled after they’ve been placed. We use multiple third party fulfillment companies, distribution centers & manufactures. The logistics of coordinating a cancellation are not feasible.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • If the products you have received is different from the one we have sent you photos of and the one confirmed by you we are in charge of providing the originally ordered and confirmed products.
  • If your order has a significant defect – you can always count on our full support in resolving this in a favorable manner.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Import duty, tax and VAT will not be refunded for broken products by yourself.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
